Lifestyle Transition Classes – 10 week series of nutrition and lifestyle sessions
The purpose of these classes is to help us make real and lasting changes in the areas of our lives where we feel we have been stuck. Through a series of exercises, questions & practices, we will determine these areas and a course of actions we can take to affect positive changes.Focus, balance and a greater connection to ourselves is achieved over the course of this series.
Transition to Healthy Eating
In this series, we begin by eliminating foods from our diets that are not beneficial to us. We make gradual changes in our eating habits, behaviors & lifestyle. With new awareness & making conscious choices, we notice our energy level increase and the quality of our life improve.
